Cobetter Polypropylene (PP) membrane is constructed of pure polypropylene media, which belongs to a membrane filter material for deep filtration. Polypropylene membrane is natural hydrophobic, can withstand a variety of organic solvents, has excellent chemical stability and chemical compatibility. Polypropylene membrane is tough and durable, not easy to break, non-toxic, and with uniform strength. At the same time, Cobetter also offers hydrophilic polypropylene membranes. Polypropylene membrane can withstand PH values from 1 to 14 and have excellent compatibility with acids and bases. So, they are ideally suited for general clarification and pre-filtration of water, aqueous solutions and organic solvents. Additionally, polypropylene membrane is also commonly used for the retention and analysis of large particles. Since polypropylene membranes also have very low extractable content, this performance often provides a perfect solution for accurate analysis in chromatographic correlation applications.
Cobetter polypropylene membrane has a wide selection range of pore sizes. Polypropylene membrane is with high porosity, large amount of dirt-holding volume, and can withstand high temperature disinfection. For the different filtration requirements from different customers, Cobetter can also provide polypropylene nanofiber membranes with extremely high retention efficiency, no fiber shedding and long life time. Compared with PTFE membrane and PVDF membrane, polypropylene membrane can be safely treated by incineration without releasing harmful fluorine compounds and there is no disposable problem.
